FY23 Performance
In FY23 my team accomplished our Sales Revenue (105%) , Gross Profit Dollar (108%), and GP Percentage goals (104%). Its not just hitting the numbers that matter, but how you hit them along the way. See below for our District Scorecard, Employee Opinion and Manager Quality Survey Progress. I am proud of and strive to connect my teams work to the success of the enterprise and providing a safe environment that fosters sharing without fear of retaliation. A focus on head, heart, and hustle is important for me when working toward our Triple Summit Goals.

Enterprise Contribution and HME Segment Leadership
Respiratory Launch
Tasked as the lead sales SME to help build and launch Respiratory in HME. I successfully collaborated with Category Management, Clinical, Manufacture Partners, Marketing, etc to build our respiratory equipment and consumable sales and marketing strategy. In our first year MCK HME went from 5% to 10% respiratory market share. Key contributors were Neely Crum (Cat MGMT), Patty Reni (Clinical), Will Fraser (Drive Medical), Katelin Wise (Cat MGMT), and Danielle Timmons (Marketing).
Employee Opinion Survey
For FY22 and FY23 I worked as the Leader mentor for the EOS team. We focused on servant leadership getting the HME team through COVID times. The goal was to grow our EOS score by making it more simple to succeed, providing an easier way to get information that matters to HME, and report out progress work by our support ecosystems to explain THE WHY for our teams to be better consultants for their customers. We achieved our EOS growth rate and increased the HME culture in the process.
Biomedical Solutions
Tasked to be the sales lead on the launch of Biomedical solutions. Through this project I developed and presented the Biomedical Solutions value proposition, marketing and sales materials, as well as a launch competition. For two years I assisted in the national execution of Biomed deals, SWOT analysis, and marketing strategy. Key contributors were Kelly Van Vliet (marketing), Ruth Shultz (Biomed Director), Dylan Ross (VP Biomed Solutions), and Neely Crum (Cat MGMT).
SLDP Mentor
In back-to-back years I have been approved to be an Extended Care SLDP Mentor. In my first year I had the pleasure of Mentoring Lucas Christy who received a promotion to ASM at the end of the SLDP course. I am now working with the FY24 SLDP cohort and mentoring Ryan Pilcher. I am passionate about the development of others, and being a mentor helps me sharpen my leadership skillset while being a lifelong learner.
HME Value Proposition Steering Committee
Currently in the Phase 3 of the McKesson Value Proposition Project. Participating in internal focus groups to connect the EC Value Proposition to the HME market segment.
Cross Pollination
Created a dual team cohort to utilize the voice of the account manager to help create the fiscal district scorecard and present out to team. Development opportunities came with the IDP contract that assigned peer to peer mentors to help each other through their own IDP’s. This process has created long lasting relationships, mentorships, and created a supportive team culture of best practice sharing and execution.
Value Management SME
Through the content of my work and leadership with individual team member coaching, leading through profitability execution, and general reporting knowledge I have been leaned on for many projects and trainings that have helped make sense of our Delivered Profit projects and streamlining the reporting process.
McKesson Choice Rewards
Currently on the development cohort for the new McKesson Choice Rewards customer program. The overall goal was to give input on the look and feel of the design and program itself. during initial investigation calls I noticed that we would have a problem with launching in the HME segment. this has helped the MCR team develop a more tailored solution for HME customers. Although it will delay our launch, we will have a better program for our customer as the outcome.
