With experince of being a leader of leaders I aim to lead the HME Corp. Account Directors to approach their roles as leaders in Extended Care and the HME market. My focus is to empower each team member to be a leader, coach, and owner for their territories and in collaboration with their HME sales, and sales support colleagues. We will focus just as hard on how we achieve our goals while doing our part to help Extended Care hit our Triple Summit Goals of EOS (81%), NPS (73%), and AOP ($1.5B) by FY26.

A leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is
the one that gets the people around him to do the greatest things. I
contribute strong communication skills, business acumen, and
creativity to my everyday success. I have earned the opportunity to
take on new challenges in a short amount of time while sharpening
my skills within the sales and marketing mix. When I made the
change from sales to leadership, I found my passion. My passion is
helping people and business grow, and that has been the main
contributor in earning success throughout my sales and leadership

BE A COACH
The Legendary UCLA college basketball coach John Wooden is an inspiration of how to be a coach to me. The Wooden Pyramid of success is something I reference when coaching the very basics of discipline for preperation to my team in our pursuit of team and competitive excellence.
BE A LEADER
Pictured is American war hero General Stanley McChrystal. He is the Author of one of my favorite books Team of Teams which has taught me the importance of practicing strong communication and that creating trust across your team to empower each individual to make quick decisions is vital to a leaders success.
ACT LIKE AN OWNER
Pictured in the center is Formula 1 Mercedes racing team Principal Totto Wolff. Totto is also a majority owner of the team who exemplifies the traits I think are important in being an owner. Totto takes calculated risks, creates a collaborative culture, sets SMART goals, and leads by example for his business and its team members.

Ryan is an incredible LEADER who is thoughtful, encouraging, compassionate, motivating, passionate, inclusive, detail oriented, etc. He truly goes above and beyond for each member of his team to ensure their success, both professionally and personally. He leads by example and does whatever it takes to support his employees. When times are challenging, Ryan is a significant reason why his employees continue to push forward. He is phenomenal at celebrating the achievements of his employees and makes sure he recognizes those accomplishments in front of the leadership team. His care and concern for his employees personally is another trait that sets him apart from other leaders. He truly cares and has great empathy for what his employees may be going through at home. Being able to have that additional support is life changing. I am truly blessed to have Ryan as my manager and I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for me.
Ryan is a great leader and understands his team. I have been in Medical Dist for over 41 years including an owner of a DME and he is the best I have been with in those years. He makes you feel proud and gives confidence even when we don’t feel confident.
